This week on the Daly Dose, the NFL preseason kicked off last week and went about like we expected, except for one big surprise. 

The USWNT failed in spectacular fashion at the 2023 FIFA World Cup in Australia, the NCAA is seeing some massive realignment and the Pac 12 conference is a sinking ship. Plus, the NBA has seen some surprising free agent signings in the past few weeks. 

Then, we are taking a deep dive on the strength of schedule in both College Football and the NFL! Which teams are going to face the toughest competition and which teams could have an easier path because of a softer schedule? Finally, in the year 2023, which have been the best college football programs of the century so far? A few of the teams on our Daly Dose Top 5 might surprise you!

This week on the Dose, we look at some upcoming birthdays of some very tough former athletes, and we have a word of caution for all sports fans! We also update the Daly Dose March Madness bracket challenge standings. 

The Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs made a huge trade last week. Which team actually came out better in this transaction? The New Orleans Saints grab another quarterback, and we have an idea as to how to have more success. Plus, the NFL has updated its Rooney Rule, and we have a question that might not be all that popular. 

Then, we are taking a look at the NCAA Tournament. Who were the biggest winners and losers from the Sweet 16 and the Elite 8? We also make our predictions for the Final Four and who will be winning the National Championship on Monday night!

Finally, our Daly Dose Top 5 is taking a look at the amazing career of Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski. Coach K has had some amazing teams, and incredible players, and has obviously been a part of so many championship teams. But today we count down 5 Duke players that struggled to ever live up to the hype once they moved on to the NBA!

Then we are handing out our NFL season end awards! We make our picks for MVP, Coach of the Year, Comeback Player of the Year, and Rookie of the Year. We also hand out awards for Biggest Surprise, Biggest Disappointment, and the Least Valuable Player!

Then, our Daly Dose Top 5 counts down the Top 5 NFL quarterbacks that lost their first Super Bowl, and never got another chance to get back again!
