MLB is underway and we have a number of surprises already taking place. How much should we believe in the way this season is beginning? 

The NCAA has approved a one time transfer for any athlete to change schools one time without any repercussions, and we discuss some of the coming pitfalls that will be coming in the future. 

Then, we begin to prepare for the 2021 NFL Draft which is coming quickly! We preview some of the top players, a few players that could have some red flag, and we even discuss some of the players that could be under the radar because they played at smaller schools. 

Finally, our Daly Dose Top 5 counts down the Top 5 colleges that are getting the most players drafted in the NFL over the past 20 years!

Lightning struck twice in the women’s NCAA championship game, the NBA has to face some injuries, and Major League Baseball is back to it’s same old tricks. Plus, what did we learn from the Final Four games in men’s college hoops?

Lastly, we preview the NCAA Championship game tonight between the Villanova Wildcats and the Michigan Wolverines. Nova might be the favorite, but we have a few ways that Michigan can make this closer than the experts might think!

Monday on the Daly Dose, we are recapping the weekend in sports without football. The Indianapolis Colts finally have a new head coach, and he may prove to be their best option anyways. The Chicago Cubs made a roster move that could prove to be very revealing. We have a new college sports scandal that is getting some attention in Colorado, we would like to make the Winter Olympics a little more interesting, and the Cleveland Cavaliers looked like a brand new team on Sunday. Are they back to being a true contender again?

Daly Dose #139 Our Fifty States Tour

This week on the Daly Dose we begin our 50 States Tour!

We make a brief stop in each state across the nation, and look at their greatest athletes, the best moments, and the most disappointing losses. From Alabama and their heated in-state rivalry, to the amazing athletes that the states of CaliforniaFlorida, and Illinois have produced, to some of the most memorable wins and losses in ColoradoIdaho, and Kentucky, we are touring the USA sports world!

We know that Massachussets has had some memorable wins with the Celtics, Red Sox, and Patriots, but what is the worst moment in their sports history? The state of Mississippi has given us some of the greatest athletes in the world, and Maryland has a few sports moments that we will never forget!

This week on the Daly Dose Sports Podcast we host the 2nd annual Daly Dose Dosey Awards Show, where we hand out a number of awards for achievement in sports and Daly Dose style excellence. Whether it is the top moments in the National Football League, National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, College Football or College Basketball we look back at some of the most deserving contributors. Fight of the Year, Driver of the Year, Championship Performance of the Year, and yes even the American Soccer Moment of the Year are but a few of the awards that we hand out, and as usual, they never end up going to the most obvious choices.
