Daly Dose 10-09-18 Winners and losers from the NFL and CFB

Tuesday on the Dose, the Los Angeles Dodgers and Houston Astros close out their first round playoff opponents. The Boston Red Sox make a statement against the New York Yankees.

In the NBA, the Phoenix Suns make an odd front office move, Drew Brees breaks an all time NFL record, and we have some second guessing going on with the Dallas Cowboys!

Daly Dose 10-05-18 The greatest Heisman winners

Friday on the Daly Dose, the National League Division Series began last night, and the Milwaukee Brewers and Los Angeles Dodgers both started off with wins. The New England Patriots seem to be back on track, as they managed to win their second game in a row.

We preview a jam packed weekend in sports as we have more playoff baseball, some very good college football matchups, and a few NFL games that should be well worth your time to tune in and watch.

Finally, having looked at some early season Heisman candidate earlier this week, we take a look back at the most successful players to ever win the award for the most outstanding player in college football!

Daly Dose 10-02-18 MLB tiebreakers and Mahomes magic

Tuesday on the Dose, the National League postseason is finally set thanks to the season ending tie breakers, as the Milwaukee Brewers win the NL Central and the Los Angeles Dodgers win the NL West. We saw a better than expected Monday Night Football game as the Kansas City Chiefs came back from a 10 point deficit to beat the Denver Broncos on the road. Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes was very impressive.

Then we take a look at some of the biggest winners and losers from the week in college football and the NFL. In NCAA Football, there is just one undefeated team remaining in the Pac 12, one head coach keeps finding ways to win, and Penn State should be worried about more than their play calling! In the NFL we discuss the Patriots getting back on track, a tale of two Thomases, and NFL refs at least got one thing right!

Daly Dose 09-10-18 The return of the NFL

Monday on the Daly Dose, we reflect on what we learned from the weekend in sports!

Aaron Rodgers is the fastest healer of all time, Andrew Luck might be sneakier than we thought, and we look at how expectations can affect teams drastically.

In college football, the Nebraska Cornhuskers could be in for a long season, the Michigan Wolverines got some great news…sort of, and the Oklahoma Sooners are going to be tested.

Monday on the Daly Dose, we are looking at what we learned from the weekend in sports!

College football is back…sort of…and it was not a good start for the state of Colorado. Plus, a Top 25 team sustains an injury that could cause them to struggle.

In the NFL, a Super Bowl contender loses a player in a position that cannot afford to lose. Denver Broncos GM John Elway makes an odd move, and NFL defensive players are running out of places to hit players with the ball. The New York Giants have short memories,  the Pittsburgh Steelers are running out of tight ends, and a number of people are taking shots at the NFL!

Wednesday on the Daly Dose, we recap Game 4 of the NBA Western Conference Finals as the Houston Rockets tied up their series with the Golden State Warriors. There is some breaking NFL news including a rule change that we aren’t even sure whether or not to believe, and we already have a few significant injuries.
